Meir.....if a picture is worth a thousand words, this one is worth about a million. If only those who make policy, make war, forget that the Middle East is populated by people, could look at this image every day, maybe we'd have more humanity and less hatred.

 

Bravo.

The first thing that leaped into my mind was "Madonna and Child", but with a difference. Her face is an open book, weariness, anger, bitterness, while cradling a precious little life. I want to know her story, but I fear her anger.
