Hi Mark, very nice macro shot of a rose. Good use of aperture getting the whole flower in sharp focus. Also the choice of color and light on the background is good that your main subject stands out very well. Though the details on left most petal is not so easily visible, could be a bit saturated. Sharpening seems a bit heavy handed that some halos is detected outside both the left and right petals. I might crop off a little of the right for moving the rose more away from center.
