Very fine bird shot with interesting pose!

Beautifully done.. DOF, tones, sharpness, colours compliment each other to create a lovely pic.

Like a sky rocket ready for launch. I like the dof and sharp focus.

What a great shot of a Flicker. And the pose is quite interesting also. I think having just a TINY bit more of the tail in this photo would have been nice but still it is really good.

 

I just wish someone could get a shot of one with their wings spread some so we could see that awesome golden underside. I love N. Flickers and get several in my yard. But since getting a decent Digital I don't think I've captured one with the underside of its wings showing. I'll have to check and see if I can find a decent one.

 

This is a wonderful nice, sharp photograph.
