She is a very beautiful girl - Sharp focus on her eyes - Nice catch light in her eye - Very nice make-up - Good backlight - The lighting is nice, but I think a higher placement of your main light would give even nicer looking shadows - I love the high-key feel (with good contrast) - Great expression - Her wind-blown look is very nice and I love her hair blowing across her face, but I am not real sure I like her left eye covered (it is a shame to cover all of such a beautiful eye).

There is something about the angle of her head to her body that doesn't look right (it is a little awkward - it looks like she is forcing her head into that position) - The 45 degree angle of her arm to her body also looks extreme and awkward (I don't care for the way her arm abruptly leaves the picture) - The crinkle stretch part of her top looks great on her body, but the picnic tablecloth sleeves seem out of place - She really needs more room in front of her to balance the composition (She should end up with the tip of her nose about in the vertical center of the photograph).

It looks like the whites of her eye could be a little whiter (It could be my monitor, but I think if the entire picture was lightened just a bit that not only would it improve her eyes, but also her skin tone and make the overall photograph better - of course, you would have to check the effect on the contrast).
