The rope as mentioned destroys the lines of the kegs. Too bad you could not have them move it for one shot. Next time maybe.

PS: It has nothing to do with the option you took my friend, really. But in my case I try to cope with all those things that make a picture a little more interesting, and choose note to remove/alter in post processing. At this stage I only do, besides slightly crop especially to change the ratio, operations that applies to all the elements of the photo: contrast, brightness, shift in colors, levels, clarity, etc...

Of course on the old scanned photos a little healing too.

It is a completely individual choice.

I like it much more without the rope. Sometimes a little help in post does not hurt as in this case. Nice job removing the robe BTW!
