soniam 6 Posted April 30, 2009 Often times we are told to keep from placing the subject in the center of the frame but I think this is one of those acceptions. I think it would look good with more space on the right and less on the left but it looks good this way as well. I love the time of day you captured him in - either early morening or evening - because the long shadows and golden light are wonderful. Well done Link to comment
mriganka 1 Posted April 30, 2009 Great Job! Captured it very beautifully, i see a harmony in the picture, the oblique rays of the sun looks super. However the best part is the small bird, he is a talented JOCKEY. Great drama..... Link to comment

jayanti 0 Posted May 3, 2009 Love the light and the composition, typically with the small bird on his back. I would prefer a bit more space on the right, perhaps by cropping the massive tree on the left ( I suppose it serves some purpose by reinforcing the massive body of the rhino) or adding some space per se on the right, if possible. Where is this place, by the way? Best regards and thanks for your support. . Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted May 3, 2009 A subject well seen here,in a very good light, what I do not like is the tree from the left that distract a little bit my eyes from main subject, regards Radu. Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted May 5, 2009 I agree with Radu. The light is very good here & I like how you capture the animal in its natural wilderness, but I think you can crop some of the left tree trunk. Link to comment
JulianBurke 0 Posted February 9, 2011 Well captured. I hope these creatures will be seen live and in the wild for many generations after we are gone. Link to comment
