I agree with Giuseppe, you still shoot with a film mind set and your pictures show it. Great shot, and he spotted you! I love when that happens because the moment that the subject notices the camera is still pure and spontaneous but is also borderline.

Apparently, he was not keeping a Smith Wesson in his left pocket!
