The Good: Beautiful girl - Sharp focus - Nice catch lights - Nice complexion - Good skin tone - Lovely expression - You have cropped into her head which allows your tight crop on the bottom - Background is nicely out of focus

For improvement: In the lower corner of the background to her right is a light tan area which draws my attention away from her face - In the background to her left is an orange area that is distracting - The background is dark which is good because it makes her stand out, but she needs light on her hair to better separate her from the background - I like the shadow on her left side of her face, but I do not like the main light coming directly from the side to cast a shadow from her nose to the side of her nose (this doesn't look natural) - the hairs coming down to her left eye are annoying

I see no reason for this to be shot in a horizontal format. Vertical would be more appropriate.
