This is a particularly effective shot. The tilt of the street in the composition really adds interest. The background, either through dust or smoke also has a sense of energy. While we know the car is racing, we stop the action to get the focus, other images with some stronger sense of motion could also be good.

I forgot to mention that the dust in the background was created by another car leaving the track. It did create a nice effect.
