Very nice selective focus Tony, but I think it needs more space at the top...just my opinion....I might have positioned it to be in the lower left third....Have a great day...:)

Your visit and comment are appreciated - especially when it offers suggestions. I agree with you that I could have positioned it at the bottom third - perhaps next time. re space at the top - it originally had space at the top and was a portrait mode image but this is a cropped version. The reason why i cropped it is because there was splotches of yellow (out-of focus) pollen on those upper portions and and I found it distracting since it was a light color. I preferred the circular design acting as a natural frame without the light colored pollen. Your comments are food for thought and I will go back and look at it

I am very grateful for all of the kind remarks and very generous ratings on this image. I wish I knew the secret of when an image strikes such a harmonious note with my friends here at PN. Maybe I will learn with time.
