Everyone sees a tree, a very common subject but shown here with a unique presentation.

Here the treatment of the subject is extraordinary. The monochromes are very well executed, and the subject emanating from the lower right to the upper left is emotionally striking particularly to the Western eye, isolating the origin of the radiating branches due to our reading habit of starting on the left and progressing to the right. Semitic reading habit is just the opposite, starting on the right and progressing to the left.

I particularly like the texture of the cloud in the background in juxtaposition with the texture of the tree. I also appreciate the strong compositional element of the branches radiating to each of the remaining corners.
