Lovely portrait. To me the lighting is good. The model has a lovely expression. The eye contact is good.

I do not agree with some of the lower ratings this image received.

Carley is a cutie - Catch lights small, but there - Good eye contact with viewer (actually she looks like she is about 11 or 12 years old going on 25) - For someone who looks as young as she does she certainly has a sensual look - I know she's young, but I would have her use just a little make-up to make her eye's stand out a little more - I think I would soften her complexion a little, too (even though I do love her freckles) - Good composition - You have cropped into her hair a little which allows you to make your tight crop on the bottom

Her skin is very bright on her chest (I would burn it a bit so that the viewer's eyes are not drawn to her light colored chest and out of the picture) - Do not allow her bra strap to show (never in good taste at any age) - Soften wrinkles on her neck - Your background is a disaster (too bright - too busy - too distracting) - Her eyes could be a little sharper.

With the right make-up and clothes she could look like a professional model. Nice shot of a cute girl,
