Kees, I designed this frame to fit well in the background and the layout of Photo.net site: I wrote a specific action in PS to apply it to all my images, so that it became a sort of "trademark".... Sorry but I can't share this action, but it's not difficult to do something similar in PS: just work with canvas size and layer styles...

Over all composition is at its best. If I would you then I might have tried to eliminate the area of construction as well as the crane from this composition. anyways all the best
