A Celebration of Life to Liezl

From August to October the north western province of South Africa

becomes a spectacle of colour when the daisies cover square miles

of open land. These 'weeds' growing on ground that had been

disturbed by former farming attract an entire tourist season.

Thank you everyone for stopping by. This was one of the images I was lying on my stomach to take. I was attending the first ever photo-workshop in Kamieskroon, Namaqualand in 2002 where I learnt to use a camera with telephoto lens.
