Rose

Hi -

Rose is an older German Shorthaired Pointer - a good hunter and wise

in her years. I'd be interested in feed back on this portrait, specifically

the "antique" treatment I've given it. It seems appropriate to her

character.

WOW, Incredible shot, this is a wall hanger.

I am a GSP fan myself, I have a 13 yr old, I would love to get her to sit still long enough for a shot like this. Knowing that they leave us all too soon, this is one to really be proud of. I think you have captured this lady perfectly. I dont think anything could be done to make this more perfect.

I think the colors are very good and it fits the dogs fur... A good shoot.. The only thing that I think would make it even better is if you had removed the collar... But great work on this shoot....

Jill, I would tend to agree with you on the collar - if it were removed, or perhaps replaced with a plain leather one, the portrait would be improved.
