Beautiful girl - Sharp focus - Nice expression - Good make-up (could use just a little darker lipstick) - Very nice composition, but you could crop a little off the bottom - Nice catch lights.

 

It looks like she is leaning a little backwards - Her right shoulder is a little too bright - Her bare right shoulder is closer to the camera than any other part of her body, therefore it will appear to be larger than normal (especially if it is bare) - Be careful of a sideways pose with a bare shoulder - Much as I hate to suggest to anyone to cover a beautiful girl, sometimes it just looks better - Watch your background! You have big horizontal lines which are not horizontal (very distracting) - I can see no texture (or very little) in her top - Because her arm is light your eyes follow it out of the picture (you may want to slightly burn-in the bottom of her arm to keep the viewer’s eyes within the picture.

Yes, she is blond and pretty, but that is not enough for a good photo. Her direct look and the good grey tones / contrast are very good. Compliment. regards
