"Bountiful Offerings for the Early Riser"

This has become my new sanctuary. Exactly one hour from my front door, the Caliente-Bodfish road traverses the Centennial Ridge of the Southern Sierra, offering sweeping views of the Caliente Creek Valley. The ridges recede for many miles. This mornings offering was better than expected considering the forecast. We are already approaching triple digit temps in the Central Valley even before May. This location offers a welcome respite from the harsher valley heat. Thanks for stopping by and please enjoy the Larger view!

The depth in this is really spectacular, very nicely done Mark! Your central valley and foothills work is really beautiful, makes me want to shoot some more stuff like this. We should meet up sometime for some shooting in the hills!
