yellow allamanda against purple Bouganvillea after the rain (view Larger)

Taken last summer in the Caribbean island of Montserrat. Shot after a rainfall and I located myself so that i could get the purple bouganvillea flower as the background. The image is cropped because i found that the flower was a bit too central in the original - a price I had to pay for the attractive background.

Another drop-dead-gorgeous offering from your cornucopria of creativity. The background color is rare and wonderful - love the composition and color palette. The frame really knocks it out of the ball park - superlatives all around.

The background really sets off the yellow blossoms, this image is firstly about colour with the actual flowers playing a supporting role. Beautifully done!
