Marvin 4 Posted April 20, 2009 This is Great Blue Heron chick which has not yet fledged. It is alone in the nest since it killed off its 2 siblings. Its agressive nature is captured in this shot as it menaces the adults and chicks in nearby nests. Even its parents seem to have abandoned it. "Typical teenager". Comments??? Link to comment
