We finally had a warm day yesterday, so it was off to Lynde Creek

Conservation Area to see what 'spring' surprises we just might find....the

aromatic woods 'sang' of another 'awakening'.....we got lost in its' 'heady

symphony' adding a few 'notes' of our own.....comments welcome.....

I hope you had some sunshine in your 'corner of the world' today.....in our corner, it finally was quite warm....makes one feel so much better.....thankyou for your kind words...I was quite enthused when I saw the leaves that remained on the trees. In Program Mode I was getting some really nice light....such simple things can be so beautiful.....thankyou....Gail

Thankyou for your kind words of critique.....the sunlight was beautiful yesterday.....and I love working in Program Mode with my camera.....Every season has its' little gifts....you see so much more when the brances are not full....the birds especially....except a lot of the good ones were much too fast for me....tnks again, Gail

My dear friend , this is an excellent shot with great dof. And of course you have caught the perfect light. Also your sense of humor is out there again .... spring , nice weather , everyone getting the buds and the flowers and so on and my dear friend captures the dry leaf.... just excellent....

Yeh....but I tripped and nearly fell in the mud...I was trying to get a shot at a Blue Jay...but he was too fast for me...at least I did not fall in the Marsh!!!! This is one of the first shots I took and when I looked through the viewfinder; I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked once in focus......thanks BC ......have a good one!!!!

Your critique does my heart good.....I think I'm entering a different 'phase' where I'm really starting to doubt myself....and got really down about my photography last nite....to the point where I almost wasn't interested if I posted again....I don't understand why I felt that way....perhaps its part of the learning process....but you have made me feel much better and a bit of the confidence is returning....thankyou Radu.....you don't 'know' truly, how much your kind critique has helped. sincerely, Gail

A beautiful image - small suggestion to under-expose just a little.
