Good outfit and expression. Good framing. On camera flash is rarely good lighting for portraits (or anything else for that matter) For this stage lighting would give more of a theatre feel.

Sorry I don't rate ever,not my thing.... I would call this good as a back stage documentary series shot. Stage makeup does not look so great up close of course. A good memory photo of your kin...I wish you well. What does the red fez( is that the word?) hat signify, I mean whom did he play? just wondering. Lighting is not bad for documentation photo I would say.

Excellent light, DOF and the exposure. Nice expression too. Rgds.
