dabar 0 Posted April 13, 2009 Created almost entirely via 3D-Modeling and Ray-Tracing. In this caseI was trying shapes, textures, reflections, refraction and lighting. There was little `artistic' intent or effort. I was mostly interestedin interactions and the behaviors of the many variables involved.I am beginning to visualize ways to utilize photos along with createdobjects and environments. One such combination is to map a photographonto a 3D object, but not necessarily a flat surface. I am also justbeginning to explore the creation of a 3D model from two photos, frontand side, of a face or other object. My aim is to go beyond `standard' photography and discover what else Ican do with a photograph. I have worked with nearly every imagecreation method known to man at some time in my life. Now it is time to invent some new ones... Link to comment
