''Visual Indulgence''

Created almost entirely via 3D-Modeling and Ray-Tracing. In this caseI was trying shapes, textures, reflections, refraction and lighting.There was little `artistic' intent or effort. I was mostly interestedin interactions and the behaviors of the many variables involved.

I am beginning to visualize ways to utilize photos along with createdobjects and environments. One such combination is to map a photographonto a 3D object, but not necessarily a flat surface. I am also justbeginning to explore the creation of a 3D model from two photos, frontand side, of a face or other object.

My aim is to go beyond `standard' photography and discover what else Ican do with a photograph. I have worked with nearly every imagecreation method known to man at some time in my life.

Now it is time to invent some new ones...
