Great lighting and cropping, best of the bunch. I found this to be erotic and salacious without being tawdry.

Indeed, best of the series.

 

The left hand could have been a tad sharper but that's nitpicking. I really like this shot!

I am sorry but I don't think this works in the compositional sense. The top of the head is cut off but wasted space below the fingers are included. Use the rule of thirds, analysis of the golden mean or any other rule of composition you care to think of and you find that the face (which is arguably the most important element) is not placed in a strong compositional position in the frame. It is crammed up into the top of the image.

In this image, I believe that a more workable design would have been to photograph the crasping hand, with the head behind it, by moving lower and foreshortening the arm much more than it is.

Hey Jim, Me? I'd tell Gerry to bite the winnie I would and I always tell my students that if the eyes are in focus, all is right with the world. The trick is, always, to pay as little attention to those who love and admire your work as you do to those who pan it. Continue to work for your self my friend and to go in the direction you think you would like to travel. I do quite like this one, like the crop and the composition too. Your model has a lovely 40's retro look that I find quite wonderful. I've pretty much stopped posting for cirtique here on pnut because soooooooooo many find too much to slam if you attempt to do any thing different than their small minds can handle... so it goes... as they say, 'joke em if they can't take a f***'.
