Beautiful girl - great shape - cute pose - good compositiion - very nice skin tone - background works well with model - good catch light in her left eye (but not right)- good lighting.

 

You could turn her left hand a bit so that we see move on the edge rather that the flat of her hand (more slimming and more feminine) - look at the whites of her eyes (not very balanced on each side of her eye - you have cut into the iris of her right eye) - you are very close to a split profile (tip of nose touches the cheek (this would be a compositional error - makes for very bad lines and lack of nose separation from face) - you could use a hair light or back light to separate her more from the background (but you do have a little light on her hair - she is separated) - you can see the tag on her dress (bra?) - you have more than UPL ("unsightly pantie line" (you can see her dark colored panties through her dress! - not good - tell her not to wear panties for the shoot - or a bra, depending on what kind of shots you will be taking - they leave lines on the body) - with her twisting as she is you get wrinkles on her neck (be careful to cover them with hair, shadow or don't have her turn quite as much) watch the wrinkles in her dress (have her smooth them out).

The wrinkles on her neck are nothing compared to the wrinkles in her dress. I would have to ask the young lady to tug down on her dress to get rid of them in order to better define her figure. As for the panties..., I would have to say they don't bother me. In fact, because they are somewhat hidden, yet obvious, I find that sexy. The dark undergarments define her shape and leave one with the notion that she is not just another sleezy model. The lighting is good and her pose is very coy.
