Beautiful girl - Sharp focus - Good skin tones - Nice catch lights in eyes - Good expression - Good lighting - Contrast is good - Good backlighting to separate her fuzzy hood from the background - I like the out of focus background on the girl's left in the upper corner.

The background on her right is a little busy - I like your composition, but you cropped the top of her hood which allows you to crop more off the bottom (I would crop to just above whatever is sticking out of her pocket) - Nice hand position, but open her fingers and have them cascade (very feminine posing of hand that way) - I would soften her face to make her complexion a little smoother.
