I like the photo. It caught my eye and good photos will catch the eye of the viewer.

If I was the photographer I would have pull back more giving more space above the model. I would have the model other hand in the photo or out before I press the shutter button and clone out the black line on the model's neck.

Who ever did the makeup I like the overall soft feel of it. It really brings out the model's beauty.
