fantastic portrait! love the space,something about the angle of her face doesn't appeal though,can't put my finger on it..

Beautiful girl - nice skin tone - good make-up - I like her expression and her long neck - you have an appropriate amount of room in front of her

 

Please focus on the eye nearest the camera (she is out of focus) - If you are going to cut into her head that much you must cut the bottom also (you have way too much below her chin - it becomes a balance problem) - she is looking way to her left (look at the whites of her eyes - not very balanced on each side of her eye - you can hardly see the iris of her right eye at all) - you are close to a split profile (tip of nose just touches the cheek (this would be a compositional error - makes for very bad lines and lack of nose separation from face) - your copyright stuff in the lower left of the picture is very distracting to the girl (if you must include it on your picture the back would be a more appropriate location - it is not part of the girl's portrait).
