Good: Beautiful girl - nice skin tone - lovely smile - nice catch lights - good separation from background - good leading lines to her face - with this horizontal format the rule of thirds woks well and therefore this has good composition - lighting is very nice (you have achieved Rembrandt lighting in natural light - good job - very nice) - pose is natural and pleasant - good make-up - she has achieved a good connection with the viewer.

Could be improved: Crop is touching the top of her head (give her some head room) - You have lost part of her left arm (this doesn't look good) - I don't like the feel of part of her left hand and her right arm leaving the bottom of the picture (it doesn't look natural) - A vertical shot would not hurt this image (not absolutely necessary, but wouldn't hurt) - there is a lot of bare area at her throat and chest (a necklace would be nice to break up that skin area).
