Very effective retro-style street shot. Grain maybe a little overdone.

I like this shot as it is. I somehow not game for the extra grain which you have photoshopped; plain greyscale will give a very original feel, especially the man reading the newspaper or tour guide. Keeping that person only by cropping or zooming is also an excellent shot. That particular subject is the life for the entire shot, not the one sitting. But these are all personal opinions.
