Very, very good. Perfect exposure on the eyes. Original composition with distortion so often seen from this angle.

Have to agree with Tom on this. The glow in his eyes and confident look/expression make this extra special. And, the background is not distracting to me--it adds some dazzle with the out of focus circle and whirling feeling from the diagonal line.
