whydangle 0 Posted March 30, 2009 Not much going on here for originality, but I think this scene has some aesthetic muscle. I dream of returning to this spot on a day like this to catch the sunset. On this particular day, I was traveling with family and time did not permit. Even so, I still could find time to plant my tripod because the afternoon light was being kind to this rocky coast. In the distance is the Bixby Bridge, a marvel of modern engineering. My sister wanted to drive north along this coastline because that put us on the opposite side of the edge (that wouldn't help much when crossing the bridge however). That's paranoidal, pessimistic planning for sure. Thanks for your time and please enjoy the Larger preview! Link to comment

jeff.grant 0 Posted March 31, 2009 Mark, it is a beautiful scene. One that will never make it to the TRP but I'm glad you are showing it, thanks. Link to comment
pietje 0 Posted March 31, 2009 gret view, fine composition, light and color extremely wel handled in fine harmony. the larger view (thanks) is much more impressive? Perhaps just a little mask on the edges for the sharpening would even improve the picture. ... Piet Link to comment
