Sea Bird

This was taken on a Sunday morning while trying to finish the roll of film so I could ge ta roll of black and white in. I had three shots left when I turned round and saw this. I used my 300mm Nikkor and a tripod as the ISO50 Velvia wouldn't allow a fast enough shutter speed to hand hold.
