Professor Moody-Adams, a noted scholar of philosophy and ethics, is the first woman and first black to hold the dean's post at the university. Link to comment

I see her mussed up hair, the lines on the forehead, the arched eyebrows, the steady eyes, the angle of the face, that expression -- dare I call it smirk! -- the way she curls her fingers. She's listening, but impatiently. Perhaps she has something to say, perhaps she just needs to move on...She impresses me as a doer. I would crop on the left as that thing upper left is distracting.
