This is the second in a series of snapshots taken whilst under the influence. The first entitled 'Looking up' can be seen at photo_id=8830333.

I just wonder if I had been sober, would I have spotted the potential for a photograph here!

Feedback appreciated.

Fabrizio, Not really an idea, more of an observation. Thanks.

Glenn, Thanks a lot. I guess I can only take credit for spotting it and composing it. The rest was down to the architect and designer of the airport.

Laurent-Paul, Indeed!

Terry, I am glad someone noticed the title. Believe it or not, I thought of it before I took the photograph. The red blob you see is a chilli. I don't know why or when I started to use it as a signature in my photos. Thanks a lot.

Janusz, Thanks for stopping by. I am glad you like it.

Thanks everyone. I didn't think this simple image would attract so much attention.

Dear David;

Something like this never catches your attention when you are sober. Why do you think I drink so much.

Owen, There are advantages to alchohol. It's good to know someone agrees!

Yes, they all seem to have left, don't they? This does a really good job of conveying the impersonal and often sterile nature of large airports. And if you look at it just right, the rows of chairs can seem to be floating above the floor.

I like it.

A very interesting comment Jim. Looking at it now I can't get the feeling of the chairs floating. However, when I took it, I most certainly did. I am glad you like this. This is one of these images I like myself.

Thanks a lot.
