Bravo! (7/7 a.) Link to comment

dacamera 0 Posted March 26, 2009 Hi Alberto, this is beautiful. The whole package shouts quality. I like how you have made the most of minimal material, every element is perfectly placed for maximum effect. The exposure is perfect, did you use the ND filters? Simon Link to comment
dallalb 0 Posted March 26, 2009 Thank you all for your kind comment!Simon, I didn't use any ND or GND filter for this shot. My goal was to achieve the city skyline as a silhouette but still keep details in the backlighted reeds in the foreground. This picture was taken with Fuji Provia 100F slide film and I was amazed by the wide exposure latitude I was able to get without filters, but working only with exposure settings. Look at this shot as another example (link): one single shot without filters or multiple exposures. Link to comment
7/7an....e complimenti! Link to comment
