rarmstrong 0 Posted March 26, 2009 Thank you all for your very kind comments! The snow is slowly receding here and the birds are getting a bit more active. Best regards, Dick Link to comment
thadley 14 Posted March 27, 2009 6/6 anon. Very nice - the powder blue and silky green colors provide an effective backdrop to a beautiful bird. Clarity is top notch and the little glint in the eye is there - some say - an esential element in successful nature photography. Not all monitors are calibrated the same but on mine, there is a hint of a blue bias on the image using the underbelly and certian portions of the branch as a reference. Best Regards, Link to comment

rarmstrong 0 Posted March 28, 2009 Thank you, Tony and Jerry! Photographing these birds has taught me a lot about how to do this and I'm only scratching the surface. As with all of our efforts, it's truly the details that matter. Getting them "right" is an enjoyable challenge. Best regards, Dick Link to comment
