This shot is a crop from the lower right of the other photos in this folder. There was only one digital file, but three alternative attempts at post-processing--giving three very different moods, in my opinion.

This one has some drama, and a punch of color and " action"....The two others for me are a bit pale as the storm is not very felt. Well, Personal feeling are personal feelings.... ;-))

Thanks, Pnina. My only regret on this one is that the extremely small file (after the crop) means that this would not really be printable at any significant size. I did not really notice this particular cell when I took the larger shot or I would have shot it on telephoto rather than bringing it in by cropping.

Thanks, Patsy. I actually prefer the original pale, airy file (in the same folder) from which this one was derived, since it more nearly reflected my mood at the time of shooting.
