The reason he is looking up is because he is bent over and is struggling to pick up the bag that he keeps dropping. He was not having a lot of success He was behind me. I turned around and he was there. I do not know why he is carrying all of that stuff unless he is a soldier but looks too young Thanks for commenting. Appreciated
