This is a very powerful photo, Tanya. I hope that you are only playing a role as the model for your own shot. The fact that your biopic shows a flower with all of its petals gone concerns me somewhat. Perhaps you do feel used, trapped, discarded, whatever. (I hope not! Perhaps you are only reminding us that it is the first day of spring and thus the flower will soon bloom anew.)

In any case, whether you are merely playing a role or showing how you actually feel, this is very powerful work.

I am reminded of a scene from the movie "Tootsie" with Dustin Hoffman in which he is confronted by a director who asks, "Were you that angry or was that just acting?" His response was "Which reading will get me the part?" (He got the part.)

So, whether you really feel down or "trapped" right now or simply are portraying how one can look and feel when one is down or trapped, you have done an excellent job. The image will surely outlive the mood of the moment, in any case. (In my last comment on one of your photos, you were smiling beautifully. I hope that that is how you really feel.)

Great work!

P.S.: I think that you should put it up for critique so that many more people will view it. It really is good.

Nicely done Tanya!

The expression on your face and emotion in the eyes is amazing. Thank you for sharing

Warm regards, Pamela

The feeling was a fleeting moment, and i happened to have the camera with me. I'm just another human-being who experiences the whole spectrum of emotions. The only difference is that i might express them differently.
