The scene here seems to be an ideal setting for an HDR. I trust the water in the foreground wasn’t moving too rapidly or the wind in the trees wasn’t blowing the branches too much, always giant obstacles. This photo has the look and feel of an almost prehistoric time for me. Well done.

The water is the most realistic element. The blue in the sky and the grayish white areas in the sky are distracting, disturbing the idealism of the rest of the scene. The blue reflection in the water does not have a corresponding element in the sky. I don't like HDR much, I think it's hard to control the lighting...
