racksonc 0 Posted June 16, 2009 I think that one of things that makes this such a great photo is that part of the backround is brighter than the flowers, making your eye look past the obvious subject. This, combined with the beautiful color harmony, give the photo an interesting sense of depth. Really an unusually interesting (as flower photos go) photo. Link to comment
rene gm 0 Posted June 16, 2009 While I understand the problem that brighter flowers loose some structure, I feel that this is too dark. The background simply draws too much attention. A careful play with level lines brings them out without destroying the soft feeling. Link to comment
