Your input would be appreciated - at first I thought the colors were too

bright but this is typical in that part of the world.

I like the bright colours. Without the title I would not have been able to identify this, but knowing what it is makes this image all the more interesting. As a result of the way you have composed your photo it becomes a study of line and colour. Beautifully done!

Your insightful comments and generous ratings are appreciated. In this case I was hoping that the boat hull would be recognized without the title - perhaps I should work on a 2nd version. All the very best,

Comments and very generous rating are appreciated. I have not visited your images recently and I must do that sooner than later. I am going out now to catch some well needed sunlight and I will walk with my photo equipment - don't expect anything worthwhile but you never know. Warm regards,

Thanks to everyone for your generous support - it is very much appreciated. My PC is still unusable (using a borrowed facility) so I am not active as I would like to.

Warm regards,

While this type of work is not in my area of interest to pursue I agree that it a great work of art worthy of display. Beautiful deep rich & bold colours. Not bad for a guy with no computer. :-) Best, LM.

Thanks Len - (*_*) - imagine what I could do with an operating PC (*_*). Appreciate the comment and I know that this is not for everyone. I know I have my feet in two camps: 'traditional photography" and this other area that starts rolling towards the art or paint world. I enjoy both but feel there is much more for me to explore in the latter. By the way I had to format my hard disk and now windows XP is now operational. Now I have to reload data and programs from my back-ups and I hope I did a good job of backing up. Technology is great when it is working!
