Dan, yes it was raining and very strong wind there. I saw a few photographers they gave up and went back to their car. I need to press my tripod using my hand sometime. It need to be quick to capture this because my filter wouldn't able to keep dry more than 2 seconds. One shot failed need to dry the filter and lens again.
