Nice interplay of lights and shadows.Darkness at above adds to the expected gravity and solemnity of the place.Very nicely captured.6/6

Neatly composed reassuring scene, instinctively makes me slow down and say a little prayer. The light on the kneeling woman's jacket is a bit harsh for me but the subtle use of color creates in general a peaceful atmosphere here. Interesting observation, thank you Andrea and my best to you -wm

Sumon, Janusz, paolo, el, susmit, thanks a lot! .

maurizio, niente conversioni all'orizzonte, solo quelle in bn, tranquillo...

wieslaw, thanks for your deep comment, i agree with you for the high light. the reason that made me shoot was that strong light coming from columns, a tryed to ghavwe an exposition spot on the floor, where light arrived, but the jacket was really strong. anyway is quite what i saw there. ciao!

I liked the framing which makes the people look very small as they most likely feel like there & then.

I wonder if you also consider a B&W version of this one.

bulent, of course i tryyed a bw conversion, but i didnt was satysfied, that colours, with a lot of red, gave a flat appareance. i will try again, once, the problem is the time, is a very long job for this photo

Ciao Andrea,

Absolutely beautiful.

Wondeful tonal range, a feeling of depth as well as grandeur.

Veramente un immagine superbe. Colori, tonalita favoloso. Guardando l'immagine, gli da il sensazione di stare dentro..

Inoltre, un buon unquadratura.

Molto bello - miei complimenti!

All the best

Peter

This is beautifully captured...I really like old historic Churches...you have captured the feeling of power and reverence such a grand structure commands. A fitting tribute to God's sanctuary.
