If there is no explanation from the photographer as to the purpose of the photograph (how it is supposed to be used (hung by subject or family - photographer's or model's portfolio - stock - magazine - etc.) I will critique it as if the subject wanted a personal portrait.

Good skin tone - very sharp focus - nice catch lights -

I assume you wanted the shadow of the girl on the wall to balance the weight of the picture on the wall (I can see no other reason for it) - Because of the strangeness of the pose I assume (again) that you wanted the lighting coming from the girl's left (therefore, from under her nose which does not flatter the girl). Again, because of the strange pose I will assume you wanted the picture on the wall crooked - strange outfit for indoors, but this is a strange portrait.

If this girl is into "artsy" things, I can see this displayed in her home or place of work with other "unusual" photographs.
