I was looking for some St.Kitts images and I re-discovered this abstract that I did a couple of years ago when I was in an abstract frenzy.

Hey Tony-

This makes me want to don my tanks and blow some bubbles.... you must have been watching The Discovery Channel 'Deep Ocean" series. I love blue - this is so intense it is luminous. Your creatures remind me of the mysterious tentacled critters down about 5000'. I like the curving composition that fills the frame. The single critter that is colorfully high-lighted is very effective; it gives the impression that a light is directed at him. the background shading is very well done also. Can't think of a thing I would change (now, that's a change.. : D !) maxanon to you!

Your kind words are appreciated and also your generous 7/7. I was like in a tank 2 years ago, without coming up for air, I was drowning and totally addicted to producing these kinds of images. As soon as I feel that an activity is becoming addictive, I force myself to move on. Looking at this - I almost get the feeling to go back but I shall resist ... for the moment. Warm regards,

Very original, highly creative photograph. I love the lighting effects, as well as an obviously beautiful color palette.

My compliments,

Jeffrey, Dr.Didi, Art X, Lawrence & Michael - thanks for the kind words and great ratings - very much appreciated. My head has been buried in a photographic assignment and I have been working on it all day - took a break to eat and now for some quality time on PN. This assignment made me realize that I need better control of my images (I dump them to folders based on date) as I hunt and peck to find them. I am beginning to use Adobe Lightroom to help me with this. I also got the Scott Kelby book on lightroom. I think I need more memory on my desktop - 1 GIG is not enough. I enjoy the pursuit of image making but now I must put an ifrastructure behind that. Warm regards,

Thanks - I will have to think about how to use "Bridge" re organizing files. In the meantime I will continue with Lightroom.

another beautiful image Tony, and I agree...visions of 'jellyfish' come to mind; you managed to convey 'your purpose' with a very striking compositon! (7/7)

Well I read all the comments hoping to find one other person who saw dancers but alas there were none, so that just leaves me. Dancers in blue...a very creative abstract Tony, the light and the blues are beautiful. It also has a futuristic kind of look to it, and I like your use of negative and positive space...well done!
