Hafez was the most celebrated Persian lyric poet and is often described as poet's poet. His Divan is to be found at the home of most Iranians who recite his poems by heart and use as proverb and saying to this day.( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hafez )

Thanks for your contribution to the discussion. I realized right after I posted that this is a photo of a pavillion adjacent to the tomb rather than the tomb itself. Here are a couple of images of the the tomb itself. GJ

Hello GungaJim. This image has a very special feeling to it. I can't quite put my finger on it. But seeing the people a distance back from the lens, just being who they are with no posing, encourages me to think of how distant we are from understanding their culture. Very nice lighting.
