rlopezmoral 1 Posted March 3, 2009 Mau ... I adore your work and I love your women !! ... I consider you have an original & peculiar talent: the way you show us all the beauties of Italy (specially Italian women). But ... you have many advantages, my friend ... the great majority of Italian women are beautiful ... and the sensuality of this "donna" Paola is incredible !! A big hug ... great portrait. g c portraits 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Hi, thanks for your comments in all of my photos, allways you had a good comments or jokes for my work; this girl is so beautiful and remember me an angel fall down. Like Meg Ryan; this angle is my favorite in photos in bed; you know is very dificult to take good photos with girls like her. Thanks for sharing, my best regards from your friend GC Link to comment
jerrymat 5 Posted March 3, 2009 She has such a beautiful face - it is interesting for it to be sharp and the rest of her body to be out of focus (creative use of depth of field) Of course the rest of her body is such a distraction that a viewer finds himself torn between lingering on the body or the face. Maybe that dynamic tension is what this image is about. What I do not understand is including the area to the far right (out of focus skirt and part of leg) at the expense of cutting off the top of her head. Does she have a gaping wound there, complete with horrific skin rot? To my way of thinking, a portrait should never cut off the top of the head, unless it is a tightly cropped facial shot. From another point of analysis, her eyes are clearly the dominating element in the image and should not be crammed against the left border. Link to comment

morophaenixmau 19 Posted March 4, 2009 Dear friends, thanks a lot for your very constructive and nice comments on my image of Paola. Particularly to Jerry Matchett I answer that in all my images, and also in portraits, I have no prefix aesthetic plan: every image has its own history and it derives from my emotions on the subject. This's my way to my job, and also in my comments to our work, I do almost never comments on the technique but I tell you about my emotions on your images. Thanks to all, my dear friends!...Ciaomau!
