kombizz 15 Posted March 3, 2009 I took this candid shot of this man with his sad eyes in the mourning procession for Imam Hussain, Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH) in Tehran, Iran. As you would see, he poured dirt on himself showing that he was mourning for his Imam and his Imam's family. This is a very old traditional custom among people who mourn for their beloved ones.
