Hey, he was just surfing SNN. Took this at Newport Backbay this morning, saw the two birds and tried to get closer (while aiming and walking slowly, of course) but I was not close enough and the fellow decided to 'surf' ... so, I shot at about 50,60 feet. Wish I was closer since I need all that with my little sensor. :-)

Great capture. The colors are deep and rich, too. I think it could use a clockwise rotation a degree or two. These beauties won't be in my neck of the woods for another month or so.
